Due to the bespoke and made to order nature of our products, we strongly recommend that you request a sample from our sampling service of any of our wallpapers, prior to purchase; to ensure that you are happy with the design and the colours.
You are entitled to return your unopened and undamaged products for any reason and receive a full refund, within 28 days from delivery, providing you inform us of your intention to do so, before postage. All Bespoke items excluded.
In the event of fault please return the items in question to us with all labels and or confirmation. Please note that you should check all wallpapers for faults before and during hanging. Hanging only three drops before reporting a fault, please contact us immediately so that we can endeavour to fix the issue for you as soon as possible and arranging replacements if necessary.
If products are found to be faulty all postage costs will be refunded in full. Due to the quality of our wallpaper, please follow the recommendations printed on the label.
